  • Evermere Estate accommodates up to 350 guests — making it one of the largest private wedding venue in the Gatlinburg area. Events up to 150 guests are included in the base booking rate. An additional fee applies for 150–350 guests.

  • The primary space is a stunning 4,225 sq ft outdoor waterfront deck over a spring-fed pond. The 4 acres also offer additional lawn spaces. We strongly recommend arranging a tent vendor in advance for a rain-or-shine experience.

  • Yes, Evermere has onsite parking for 85 vehicles. No shuttle service necessary for most weddings.

  • Absolutely. The estate includes a full chef's kitchen, dining area, and outdoor courtyard fireplace. Check-in is at 4:00 PM the day prior — perfect for rehearsal dinner and vendor setup.

  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for all wedding bookings, more than enough for your full wedding experience.

  • Yes! We currently have open dates for 2026 and excellent availability in 2027, including peak seasons. If you've had trouble booking other venues, reach out, we likely have your date.Item description

  • We’ve got you covered, literally. We recommend securing a professional tent rental for your event to ensure a seamless experience, rain or shine. Tents can be installed directly on the deck or on the surrounding grounds, allowing your ceremony, dinner, and dancing to continue beautifully regardless of the weather.
